Are There Additional Costs?
There are no hidden costs on any of our packages. There are optional extras that are clearly marked for each package. These are available to purchase at any time but are not mandatory and are solely at your own discretion.
What About Hosting Costs?
Hosting is free for 1 year with all design packages. After that time a recurring fee of €249+vat per annum is applicable.
A .com domain of your choice is also free for one year. After that time a recurring fee of €39+vat per annum is applicable.
How Do I Pay?
Payment for all packages must be made in full in advance of any work being carried out. We have several options for payment including Paypal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer and Cheque.
What about Refunds?
Once payment in full has been made and work has begun, refunds are not possible. Please ensure you are happy with your choice of design package before we begin. You may call us on +353 91 396314 to discuss what package suits you best.
Can I change Plans?
Once work on your site has started it is not possible to change plans, it is however possible to apply certain upgrades to your website. We also offer complete custom design and programming services and work with all clients to ensure they get the site they need and want. Do You Provide Support?
Yes, once your website is complete you will receive one month’s support to report any bugs, issues or errors on your site. After that time you may request further work be carried out at any time. Please call us on +353 91 396314 to discuss any further work you may require once your site is live.
What about Hosting & Email Support?
Yes, you will receive hosting and email support as long as you are using MyStoreOnline for your hosting needs. Should you choose to use another provider for your web hosting, domain registration and email services you must use their support system to solve any problems that may arise with regard to hosting issues.
How is Support Provided?
My Store Online operates a dedicated customer support and billing portal. Once your site is live you will receive login details to our support& billing system. Here you an view all your account details and request support. Support is provided by support ticket only. It can take up to 24hours to respond to support tickets but we endeavour to reply to all tickets in as short a time as possible.
Do You Provide Website Management?
Yes, we offer a full website management service for €120+vat per month. If this option is chosen you may make as many work requests to your site as you like.
This work covers page updates, new products added, 2 hours of Search Engine Optimisation per month. 2 x Promotional banners per month.
Monthly Management does not cover physical changes to your site’s framework or additional functionality being added. A separate quote will be provided for all extra functionality required, however a reduced rate will be applied to all monthly clients.
If you choose our monthly management option no hosting fees applicable, your hosting are domain registration are free as long as you are covered by our monthly management agreement. You may cancel this at any time. Once cancelled you must then pay our normal web hosting and domain renewal charges. ** See Pricing information here
What if I lose my Account Login Details?
That is no problem, you may request a password reset from our support system. A link will be emailed to your registered email address with us. You can reset your password easily by following this link.
In the interest of our clients security and data protection we do not provide password resets by any other method.

We are an Irish Company based in Galway City. You may contact us by phone on +353 91 396314 to discuss your needs between 9.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Do You Actually Carry Out The Design Work?
Yes, absolutely. All our designers are based in our Galway City office. We do not sub out any design work. We are a team of 5 dedicated and experienced web designers who love to make beautiful websites.
Once your project has begun you will be contacted by the designer in charge of your project, you may email them or call them directly as needed with regard to your new website.
Do I Get a Logo With My Website?
Due to the incredibly low prices of our work it is not possible to provide free logo design at this time.
You can however order a logo design at the greatly reduced price of €120+vat (normally €275+vat) for any project you order with us. We have a talented team of designers who will design an attractive and fitting design for your new website.
I Have An Existing Website, What Happens?
We will migrate the information from your old website to your new one as part of the design process. Once the new site is complete we will replace the old one with your brand new one.
You may choose to have us host your new site for free for the first year, in this case we will require login details for your current host provider.
As all our sites are built on the latest responsive frameworks some older hosting system may not support your new site. In these cases you will either have to upgrade your hosting package with your current provider or once again you can make use of your 1yr free hosting on our system.
Will My New Site Work On Mobile Devices?
Yes, everything we do is 100% responsive and mobile friendly. We put great efforts in to ensuring all our work will work seamlessly across all platform.
